Each session is 60-75mins. Sessions are commonly scheduled monthly or bi-weekly; but are up to the client to choose their frequency. Sessions expire one year from purchase date.

She has been a lifestyle coach + personal trainer since 2012, with an immense eclectic background that includes teaching yoga, zen practice, a culinary arts degree, nutritional therapy, shamanic studies, functional movement, tarot + oracle cards, trauma-informed education, social justice and self-awareness through a liberatory lens, and more.

Some people need the structure of knowing exactly what they're going to get every single session, and it's important to know that is not the coaching structure offered here.

Sessions are 60-75mins in length and start with checking in with what you, the client, feel needs attention at that time. Clients are offered the option to chat at the beginning of a session, if dropping into the body doesn't feel comfortable or accessible; otherwise, guided breathing + meditation is offered to help you drop out of your mind and into your body, in order to be more clear, grounded and present. These sessions are an integrative space for doing the work + processing, because it can be challenging to actually find time for that on your own. Courtney is here to help you make it possible and learn how to realistically fold it all into your current lifestyle.
