First Wednesday of most months on Zoom at 6:30PM PST, this class is a monthly peer support group dedicated to checking in on your self-care and well-being. Expect a relaxed and nurturing gathering with a lounge-like mocktail hour vibe that lasts 45-60 minutes. The theme this year is creating a type of self-care advent calendar for your future self to open once a month next year! You are welcome to join any time.

A 4-hour workshop designed to help you build a sustainable self-care practice. Each retreat focuses on a seasonal theme and includes gentle yoga, meditation, community sharing, light refreshments, and a traditional sauna experience. Limited to 12 participants for an intimate and supportive setting.

Join us in a community setting to set intentions using tarot and oracle cards, then ground those intentions through ​a full hour of sound healing​, restorative yoga, intuitive reiki, and guided meditation. With a shared background in shamanic studies, ​Natalie​ and Courtney create a deeply potent and restorative healing experience.

​Gentle Flow Yoga
​

Gentle yoga is a nurturing, accessible practice that prioritizes relaxation and well-being. This slow-paced style welcomes participants of all fitness levels, including beginners, seasoned practitioners, seniors, and those with physical limitations. With an emphasis on slow movements, mindful breathing, and the use of supportive props like blocks and bolsters, the practice enhances comfort and alignment. Gentle yoga helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and foster a deeper mind-body connection. Whether you're seeking relaxation, recovery from injury, or a gentle way to maintain overall health, gentle yoga with Courtney offers a soothing, adaptable approach to wellness.​


​Mindfulness Meditation

​

Mindfulness meditation practices with Courtney are suitable for all levels and blend guidance with periods of silence, helping you cultivate present-moment awareness and inner peace, unless otherwise noted.

​For our monthly in-person sessions at Bow Sanctuary, Courtney opens the space with gentle movements to help prepare the body for stillness, then co-host Seishin guides the class through 30 minutes of stillness, cultivating awareness of the body breathing. All levels, abilities, and postures are welcome. Come early for 1-1 suggestions on posture.


​​Yin + Restorative:
​

A fusion of Yin and Restorative Yoga, tailored for deep relaxation and tranquility. Courtney's approach leans towards the restorative side of Yin, creating a soothing experience for all practitioners. Embrace passive, meditative poses that encourage a profound slowdown, inviting a connection to the body's subtleties. Targeting support for connective tissues, while promoting subtle flexibility, this practice seamlessly transitions into the restorative phase. Sink into fully supported poses using blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing for extended periods (5-10 mins) of blissful rest. Suited for all levels, this class invites you to unwind and tap into your parasympathetic - the slow down side of your nervous system.
