What does a session consist of?

  • Upon arrival we'll settle in with a simple check-in and some guided breathing. Each session is a sacred self ceremony and entirely confidential. 
  • These sessions compile a potent triad of divination tools, mindfulness practices and practical application.
  • ​We'll dive in through self inquiry and use some tarot and/or oracle cards, as you're comfortable.
  • Every closing includes time for questions and nervous system regulation (resting). 
  • You will leave with personalized notes from this session, with your lifestyle support protocol.
  • ​Show up expecting to have vulnerable, honest conversation.  Water, tea and tissues provided for in-person sessions.

My specialty lies in helping high achieving individuals cultivate contentment and peace of mind. More than assisting you to get clear on what you want in your life, the obstacles that may be holding you back and offering strategies for change; I will help you gain an understanding for how you got to where you are right now and what to do to support yourself in sustainably shifting into a new, conscious, present way of being.
