First of all, under all this healing, I'm a pizza loving, cookie monster who enjoys marijuana cigarettes and uses four letter S and F words. This isn't exactly a reflection of who I am today, but rather where I've been, and what I struggle with. I think it's important you know these things. I'm human, just like you. No one is perfect, none of us have it all figured out, and none of us ever will. The key is to find what works for you and your individual badass self, so you can experience true life freedom in all its glory. I am on my own journey through self-doubt, stress management, and wellness goals. I've dedicated my life to learning and sharing holistic, traditional, and healing self-care practices which have lead me to focus on mindset shifts, proper digestion, and breath focused yoga.

I share these things with you, because this information gives us a lot of opportunity from the start. I don't want you to pretend to be someone you're not and I'm not pretending either. We're in this together. I want to get to know you, I want us to tackle life together, so we can start making a difference in our communities and on this planet. I know we have big dreams. Let's chase them.
I don't play any 'leave them hanging and always coming back' games. I'd rather have you as a lifelong friend than a lifelong client. Real results call for real relationships and that takes real hard work. That's what I can offer you. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it. It all starts with you.

The Foundational ApproachWhen addressed properly, the foundations set an individual up for vibrant health and wellbeing. Consequences arise when the foundations are not properly addressed and this happens to be our Western medicine model. The Foundations are built upon a nutrient dense, properly prepared, delicious whole food diet. We then look to hydration, digestion, blood sugar, dietary fats, and mineral content to bring the body into homeostasis. |
