You're on an inner journey, a healing journey. You've most likely started in the arenas of fitness or food and your awareness is expanding, quick! Before long you'll start becoming curious about the products you use around your home and put on your body.

I know first hand that this transition into a self-care, non-toxic lifestyle can be pricey AF and a long game of trial-and-error. That is why I have this page, so you can see if what I've settled on will work for you, too. These products, services, and companies are ones I believe in. I strive for high quality, real (natural, readable, from the earth) ingredients with humane and sustainable practices often involving community, connection and support for both our personal health and the health of our planet.

Please Note even if you tried to do absolutely everything to-the-T "right" for yourself, for the planet, for the animals, for human kind...you'd still fall short, friend, so please don't let it overwhelm you. All you can do is show up and do your best. I'm proud of you for even being here. I hope you're proud of yourself too.

What I use in my body

Think Food Stuff

Real Plans

I've tried every meal planning option under the sun - Summer 2017 I decided to try Real Plans only because they offer a 30 day trial / money back guarantee which I fully intended to take advantage of. Turns out it was the game changer I needed in my kitchen life and I haven't looked back since.

What I use to expand my mind

Think Personal Growth

Nutritional Therapy Association

This program completely changed my life by launching me into the natural medicine communities and connecting me with a tribe of like-minded individuals all working towards the better good of human kind and Mother Earth. I get a little reward if you are kind enough to use my name when signing up for the program. I'll have a review coming soon so you can know what it's all about and as always, please reach out if you have any questions!!

What I use for travel

Think Comfy, Efficient, Convenience

Airbnb

I've been using Airbnb since 2014. I had no idea what this little website was at the time, but it sounded like a cool way to travel. Now when I'm on the road it's all I use. Especially if I'm looking for cozy, convenient, and a kitchen of my own! New users get $40 off your first trip of $75 or more with the link above.

What I use in my business

Think Time Savers

Moo

This is where I get my stellar, sturdy business cards (high gloss, rounded corners) but Moo offers a wide variety of other cool business tools! If you are a small biz (1-9 employees) you can get $25% off your first order and if you have at least ten employees, the perks are even bigger. Use the link above to explore!

Dubsado

Dubsado is a customer relationship management system with the best tools for saving time, money, and all around being an efficient business owner. Think sending + signing contracts, client portals, accounting, automation, integrations - all in one system! The best part is they have a free unlimited trial (for up to 3 clients or leads) and you can use my link above to save 20% off your first month or year when you're ready to invest - even on top of any sales they might be hosting!

ConvertKit

I started using ConvertKit in 2018 after using MailChimp for three years. I know MailChimp is scurrying fast to catch up on new features, but let's just say I never felt like I actually grasped or understood exactly what e-mail marketing is, let alone how to put it into action...until ConvertKit. I wish I could scream it from the rooftops, really. ConvertKit has an easy intuitive interface and is hands down a game changing investment for any business!

Weebly

Weebly, now owned by Wix, is where I host my website. It's just what I ended up with back in the beginning (2014) when I decided to put a website together. I'm not sure SquareSpace or Wix were out yet, but those are comparable, easy, drag-and-drop sites too. I'm not over the moon about Weebly but I certainly don't hate it and if you want to try it too, you can save 10% by following the link through to their site.
