say no more, I want one!

I can't lie, I've been a huge skeptic.

What's so special about this?
Is it just a body spray or what?
Can it really 'raise my vibes'?
Is this another wellness scam?

All that matters is the magic you believe in. Whether that's within yourself, within the Universe, within me (because this is supporting my small business, after all) or a combo of it all.

I didn't understand this stuff in the beginning and to be honest, I'm still figuring it out, day by day. All I know for sure is that when I have invested in others' small business products similar to these, my entire body gets tingles, sometimes tears come to my eyes, I literally feel a warmth come over my whole body.

My logical brain can't know what it is, but something tells me it's part of the magic in purchasing small, hand-crafted, love-curated, intention-filled items.

I'll give it a try

Why Full Moon Mists?

Picture

The Full Moon is for working through your fears. When another Full Moon comes around I always seem to have a fear, if not a few, that arise with it. Sometimes I see them coming, sometimes they pop up seemingly out of no where - like, I didn't realize this was an issue for me, but it clearly is.

I've learned to work through these fears with journaling. I write out what it is that's bothering me, then I go back and pick out what I know to actually be true and also what isn't.

Through this process, I am slowly able to craft a positive affirmative statement for myself, which I then use to carry with me through the next moon phase. It's empowering because it's unique to me and what I'm going through. Since positive affirmations, self-love sticky notes and neuroplasticity all around are huge components of my work as a self-care guide + educator, I've felt called to share this process with you.  A step by step breakdown for crafting your own positive affirmations, as well as my own personal examples, are included with these mists.

Transparency Matters to Me

With the wellness industry being a near trillion dollar industry, the last thing I want is for you to blindly purchase something that promises to "raise your vibe."

This is a carefully curated item that first blossomed through my personal experience with others, then through my own heart and slowly has made it's way into being, for you.

My intention is that it will help you learn how to set intentions and work through some of your shit, so you may experience the wonder, power and magic of living an intentional life.

I guess it's Tony Robbins who says, energy flows where attention goes. Attention is intention. May it bring you as much joy and support as it continues to bring me.

ok, I'm in

The Ceremony Process

Please keep in mind ceremony is sacred, it can look different to everyone and may even look different each round. I simply followed my intuitive flow to make this creation possible.

The crystals have been resting in a small crystal bowl since December. This bowl was gifted from my best friend who got it for me in Denver, CO.

Over the Full Moon of January and for a week after, the blue cobalt glass bottles and the crystals rested in this Full Moon Bowl I crafted.

This Full Moon Bowl contains many sacred items from my altar, ceremony + session spaces, including but not limited to, handkerchiefs passed down from my great grandparents, gifted + hand-made local cedar and sage bundles, gifted palo santo from South America, local flowers, incense, items I've picked up on my travels and more.

From mid-January to early February the crystals stayed in their bowl on my altar topped with flowers from my own plants, given blessings and holding sacred space daily. For days leading up to this February Full Moon, the crystals have been infusing with the other ingredients of the moon water in a glass jar on my personal altar.

Getting it to You

In the final steps of this process, the moon water has been blended together to emulsify all the elements (though a gentle shake before use is still recommended), then carefully funneled into their individual glass bottles. Yes, even the bottles were purposefully picked. There are plenty of healing properties to blue glass (Google it!) and the white cap represents the full moon herself. Currently no label on the jar, as it makes it easier for you to re-use. Maybe labels one day. Packaged with love and gratitude, thank you for your support in my new creation. May it serve you well~

gimme some of that!
