Movement can be intimidating! Here, you can be a fly on the wall, roll out of bed to get there, whatever works for you! This is an all levels + backgrounds welcome space, especially anyone who thinks movement or exercise is just not for them. This class has been created to give us (you and me both) space to be in our bodies without any shame or guilt. I am always open to feedback and take requests.
