I love any dish that couples as more than one thang. As the title suggests, you can easily whip this up to be a tasty dinner dish by itself or you can throw it on the side of your breakfast plate with some eggs and call it a hearty meal. However you decide to indulge in this dish, I hope you thoroughly enjoy it!
